Friday Dlog: Real Dogs Wear Sweaters
Sake and Loca got shaved in the middle of winter. It had to be done, they were starting to get little dread-locks and matted spots all over them, not to mention their hair had grown over their little poodle eyes. When I picked them up from the groomer, they were smelling sweet and looking like champion show dogs, but they were shaking and shivering, so they were happy to get home and get their sweaters on. After all, real dogs wear sweaters….At least that’s what I tell them.
Loca also has a pink parka. I’m pretty sure that real dogs don’t wear pink parkas, and I think she knows it. She utterly refused to let me take her photo in it. I only got this one through advanced trickery. Notice the defiance in her stance and in her face?
